Mascate Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the Mascate online store.

1. Shipping Destinations:

We ship to all of mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, and countries within the European Union.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via CTT, using standard or express mail (express delivery may incur an additional fee).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time after dispatch is between 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Days: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping is free for all orders shipped to Portugal with a total value of €60 or more.

4. Order Processing and Shipping Notification:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your CTT tracking number.
